On Sept 21, 1862 Exchanged in Aiken's Landing, VA. On May 23, 1864 POW in Jericho Mills, VA. On May 30, 1864 Confined at Point Lookout, MD. On Aug 4, 1864 he died of diphtheria at Point Lookout, MD.
