Edward B. Coleman b. in 1834 in Buckingham Co, Va. Enlisted on Apr 23, 1861 at Farmville, Va into the Co. F, 18th Va Infantry at the age of 27 years old. On Apr 30, 1862 transferred from company F to company H. On June 1, 1862 AWOL. On July 2, 1864 Wounded shot in right knee. On Apr 15, 1865 Paroled at Farmville, Va. On Jul 23, 1904 he died.
