US Air Force Technical Sergeant


Douglas MacArthur Harler b. on April 06, 1942 in Merrimac, Mingo Co, WV. He has graduated from the Air Force Communication Service NCO Academy at Richard-Gebaur Air Force Base, Mo. He received advance military leadership and management training and was a radio relay equipment technician at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Retired in 1981 with 23 years service.
