Charles Henry Coleman b. on Nov 3, 1836 in Buckingham Co, VA. Enlisted on May 24, 1861 at Appomattox Co, VA into Co. H, 2nd VA Cavalry at the of 24 years old. On Jan 15, 1862 Promoted to Priv. On Jun 17, 1863 wounded in his leg in Aldie, VA. On Aug 26, 1863 on horse detail for 14 days. On Dec 13, 1906 he died. Buried in Liberty Chapel Cemetery, Rt 615, Appomattox Co, VA.
