B. B. Campbell b. in 1847 Enlisted on April 28, 1864 at Fredericksburg VA into the Chesapeake Cavalry Co. I, 5th Va Cavalry. On April 20, 1864 He was absent on horse detail. On July 22,1864 was issued clothing. On October 10,1864 He was wounded in the Battle of Opequon Creek. After the War he was a resident of Amherst County. He was the Judge of Amherst Co, VA.
